critique
there is not much of a composition here due to the lack of visual stimuli. the use of a flash shows how blurry the image is and the shadow created from such is competing with the subject. your iso is way to high seeing as how grainy your blacks are and your shutter speed is to low, seeing as it is blurry.
i recommend taking a photo of this gardening device around something more contrasting such as grass and replacing the flash with either daylight, an overhead fixture or even changing your settings more appropriately for use without a flash
